Heading structure in the source code
-
It’s Not Enough to Just FINISH or SURVIVE Your Sport Activity or Adventure.
-
It’s Mandatory You THRIVE and Have the Most Fun in Your Pursuits of Competition and Recreation.
-
The Safe Strength Challenge will prepare you to succeed in any endeavor you wish to excel in.
-
By teaching you how to develop and refine each fundamental movement pattern.
-
That’s the goal in Safe Strength.
-
You’ll do that by mastering these fundamental movement patterns:
-
Michele BuschI started kettlebell training with Craig at the end of January to prepare for the Baja 1000 (in March 2014). The crew at Baja was 12 guys from the Arizona Trail Riders club. So lots of testosterone, and being the only gal on the trip I needed to be in bad ass shape and in top physical condition. I was not going to be the whiney one on this trip (and I wasn't). I have to say without Craig's help I don't think I could have rode the 1000 miles in six days in the Baja. It was one of the toughest things I have ever done physically, and It took me a week to recover when we got back. But I did it, and I am still training with Craig. I'm stronger than I have ever been, and I would encourage anyone to see for yourself how Craig can make you stronger to help you fully enjoy your active lifestyle. I know I do, and look forward to more kettlebell training. My husband and friends all have noticed the changes in my body. Can we say Hard Body? at 54... really! I am very grateful for all Craig (aka the Hulk) has done for me.
-
So you might be wondering, what exactly is the Safe Strength Challenge?
-
These 13 movements are the fundamentals. The beginning requirement of any human being if you plan to play your sport/s well.
-
James HaarmeyerIt's easy in the abstract to understand why spending so much time and effort (and focus!) on learning the details of the kb movements is important. However, it isn't until you get into real workouts that you understand how that attention to detail gives you the ability to confidently and safely work out with increasing weight. Craig takes nothing for granted and does a phenomenal job explaining and demonstrating not just the movements and the nuances of the movements, but also the physiological reasons for those movements. That teaching continues through the workshop as you build the blocks that make up the full movements. Craig's instruction and his workouts will have you feeling stronger, more coordinated, and you'll notice your posture improve. My investment in time and commitment has been well worth it and I'm excited to continue.
-
How long will this Kettlebell Challenge take?
-
So what’s your investment?
-
Here’s the breakdown:
-
…is your training session repeatable?
-
Your Investment:
-
Joe CarrollNone of my training experiences in the past including basic weight training, Pilates, and yoga have kept me excited enough to continue on. With the movements I learned from Craig, I can see a direct correlation to the rigors of my daily life and the sports I continue to push my limits with. I can get a kettlebell work out done in easily less than an hour and all I have are 3 kettlebells tucked in the corner of my bedroom. My body feels great and I look forward to a lifetime of safe strength.

-
Some of you may have questions like…
-
Craig is also a Functional Movement Specialist (FMS).
-
The RKC and FMS have prepared Craig to excel in physical performance and injury prevention.
-
Playing hard in life is what drives Craig to learn, grow, and excel as a coach and person.
-
He now is competitive riding and racing Mountain Bikes.

-
One last thing.. It’s Important.
-
Actually, I have one more thing… … Here are a few more clients I bribed for great testimonials.
-
Robin Gerlach“I did a 90 minute session with Craig and was blown away by how much technique is involved in the kettlebell swing. The times I had tried before were not taught at the level or standard I learned at Safe Strength. Craig quickly taught me that I was using the wrong technique which increased my chances of injuring my knees and lower back. The kettlebell swing taught me how to become more explosive with less exaggerated movement; it’s all in the hips! Having powerful hips can change everything… whether you like to bike and do Crossfit like myself or are an athlete in any other sport. The kettlebell will help stabilize your core, hips and pelvic region for preventative or healing measures. I highly recommend Craig because he's patient with you and has many different drills to improve each posture and movement. You'll be glad you did this!"
-
Carol HelmingI've been doing kettlebell swings 3-4 times a week for the last year or so. Craig quickly showed me how to make my swing more efficient and to produce more (safe) force - loading my hips fully during the back swing... and not breaking my hips so soon. Little things make a big difference. I also appreciated the time, attention to detail, and effort that was spent explaining the correct way to perform the Turkish get-up (my favorite). I really liked the individual attention you gave to everyone in the class. I'm proud to be a part of the Safe Strength Inner Circle as mobility, flexibility, and strength are very important to me.
-
John LidingtonI am 64 and was very impressed by the Safe Strength Kettlebell Workshop that i recently participated in. The instruction was absolutely wonderful and is readily adaptable from the performance improvement for athletes interested in improving performance standards in virtually all sports to someone such as myself interested in maintaining my mobility and flexibility. The exercies, explanations, and answers to my questions were concise and geared directly to what I personally need to accomplish. Craig was incredibly knowledeable and easily adapted kettlebell drills to the needs of the individuals in the class. The pace of the class, and indeed the entire focus of the class is designed for individuals who are self motivited to improve themselves both nutritionally and physically. I would highly recommend this workshop for virtually anybody interested in safely improving their strength and mobility. The follow up and information available on the internet is an added plus. Thank you, Craig, for putting together an extraordinary program.
